Pathway Permit
Expediting & Development

Pathway coordinates building permits, entitlements and approvals for development projects across Texas. They needed a site that could carry real municipal detail without slowing down, and that could earn search traffic city by city.

The build

What got built,
and why

The job

Pathway works across a wide map: cities from Leander, Cedar Park and Liberty Hill out to San Antonio and Amarillo, plus counties and state agencies like TCEQ and TxDOT. Their customers are builders and developers who search for help with a specific permit in a specific place.

A one page brochure cannot answer that kind of search, and a heavy template site loads too slowly to keep a busy contractor on the page. The site had to hold real breadth and still feel instant.

The site

A hand written static site, live three weeks after the first conversation. No page builder and no plugin stack, which is why pages load in under a second.

  • A page for each service: permit expediting and management, land development and entitlements, platting and infrastructure coordination, right of way, and site and environmental permitting.
  • Service area pages with sourced municipal detail: the actual jurisdictions, agencies and processes a builder deals with in each place.
  • An experience page, a clear contact path, and click to call on every screen.

Built for search

Every service and every service area is its own page with its own structure, so Pathway can turn up when somebody searches for the specific permit and the specific city they need, not just a generic statewide phrase.

The municipal detail is the part a template shop cannot fake. It took real research to source, and it gives the pages something to say that competitors' pages do not.

Check my work

The site is live. Open it on your phone and time the load yourself.

The fastest way to judge a web designer is to use something they shipped. Open pathwaypermit.com, tap around the service areas, and notice that nothing makes you wait.

If you want that kind of site for your own business, the price is flat and you hear it before I start: $2,400 to $4,400 for up to five pages, and $6,000 to $10,000 for a Growth build of six to fifteen pages like this one.

Let's build

Tell me what you do. I'll send back a price. No meeting required to get a number, and if a website isn't the right thing right now, I'll say that instead of selling you one.

Prefer to talk? Tap Call at the top of any page and you get me, not a call center. Either way you're talking to the person who does the work.
