Services
Three services,
priced before I start.
Websites, local SEO, and custom software for businesses around Leander and Central Texas. Take one of the three or combine them. Either way the work gets scoped and the number gets agreed before I begin.
Division 01 · Three sizes, one flat number each
Websites that load fast and
get the phone to ring
Up to five pages, written for your customers instead of filled with placeholder text. I build mobile first because that is where your calls come from, and I write the code by hand rather than stacking plugins on a page builder. Most Foundation sites go live three weeks after we first talk. Bigger sites and redesigns that carry old content over are priced on their own curve below, because page count and content volume are different kinds of work.
Foundation $2,400 to $4,400. Growth $6,000 to $10,000. Redesign with migration from $9,000
What every website includes
Up to five pages, written for you
The words come out of a 45 minute conversation about how you actually work, not out of a template with your town pasted in.
IncludedMobile first build
Most of your customers arrive on a phone, so I build the phone layout first and widen it from there.
IncludedHand written code
No page builder carrying a stack of plugins that will break in eighteen months. The site loads fast because there is very little to load.
IncludedGoogle Business Profile
Set up and verified, so you turn up on the map when somebody nearby searches for what you do.
IncludedContact form and click to call
On every screen. Nobody should have to hunt for your phone number.
IncludedEverything in your name
The domain, the files, the hosting account and the Google listing are yours from day one. If we part ways it all stays with you and keeps working.
IncludedA handover video
Fifteen minutes showing you how to change your own hours, prices and photos.

Foundation
Up to 5 pages$2,400 to $4,400 flat
One clean, fast site that gets the phone to ring. Most are live in three weeks.
- Up to five pages, written for you
- Google Business Profile set up and verified
- Contact form and click to call on every screen
- You own the domain, files and accounts
Growth
6 to 15 pages$6,000 to $10,000 flat
For a business with more to say: a page for each service and each town you work, on one design system.
- Six to fifteen pages, each with a job to do
- A design system, so every new page matches
- Everything in Foundation
- Quoted after a short conversation about the page list
Redesign with migration
Existing siteFrom $9,000
When the content already exists and cannot be lost. Priced above a new build on purpose: old pages, old links and old rankings are a liability I take over.
- Discovery, page map and redirect map
- Every existing page and post carried over intact, with its address preserved or redirected
- $25 a post past the first 25, so 80 posts is arithmetic, not a surprise
- Search standing checked before and after launch
Division 02 · Start free, then one time or monthly
Local SEO that
puts you on the list
The point is that you turn up when somebody nearby searches for what you do, whether that is Google, the map, or the answer an AI assistant reads back to them. The foundation comes first: the technical base a search engine reads before it reads your words, pages structured so it is obvious what each one is for, and your Google Business Profile set up and verified. That runs from $1,200, one time. Then you can stop there, or pick a monthly plan and I keep building.
Foundation from $1,200. Plans $750 to $1,800 a month

A free audit, by a person, on video
Before you spend anything, I record a short video walking through your site and your Google listing: what works, what is broken, and what fixing it would cost. I also ask ChatGPT and Google's AI what they recommend for your trade in your town, and show you whether your name comes up. A person actually looks. No automated report and no obligation.
Line Post
Steady$750 a month
The steady plan. Your site is right and you want it kept that way, with no contract you cannot leave.
- Your Google listing kept active, not just accurate: photos from real jobs, hours, services, questions answered
- Every review answered, and a simple way to keep new ones coming in
- Technical problems fixed as they appear
- Calls and form fills tracked, so you can see what actually came in
- A plain English note each month on what people searched and who called
Brace Post
Growth$1,100 a month
Everything in Line Post, plus room to grow into Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, and Georgetown.
- Everything in Line Post
- One new page every month, a service or a nearby town
- A monthly check on whether ChatGPT and Google's AI answers name you, and the work to fix it when they do not
- An eye on what nearby competitors rank for
Corner Post
The full push$1,800 a month
Named for the post that holds the whole fence.
- Everything in Brace Post
- Two new pages a month instead of one
- Cleanup of your listings across the directories that matter
- Your name put on local sites that send real people: suppliers, the chamber, the teams and events you sponsor
- A quarterly call to set direction
- First call on my calendar
No black hat tricks and no guaranteed number one promises, because nobody honest can make one. Every plan cancels any month, and the site, the listing, and every page I write stay yours.
Division 03 · Fixed quote after a discovery call
Software built for how
your business runs
I spent nine years designing software at Dell, Intuit, Walmart and EDO, and now I build the practical version of that for businesses around here: customer portals, quoting tools, job trackers, and the small internal tools in between, without enterprise pricing or a six month timeline. Every job starts with a discovery call and ends with a fixed price proposal. You own the code.
Most tools $6,000 to $15,000
Option 01
Client portals
A place your customers sign in to see their own jobs, quotes and history instead of ringing you to ask.
Option 02
Quoting tools
The pricing you already work out on paper, turned into something that quotes a job the same way every time.
Option 03
Job trackers
What is in progress, what is waiting on somebody, and what is finished. Without the whiteboard.
Option 04
Internal dashboards
The handful of numbers you actually check, in one place, pulled from the systems you already use.
FAQ
Questions I get
on the first call
Can I take just one of the three?
Yes. Plenty of people start with the website and add SEO once it is earning. Website plus SEO foundation is the most common combination.
How long does a website take?
About three weeks from our first conversation to live on your domain. You see the real site on a real link twice along the way, and both rounds of changes are included.
Do I own everything?
Yes. The domain, the files, the hosting account and the Google listing go in your name from day one. Custom software works the same way: you own the code.
I already have a site. Can you work with it?
Usually. Sometimes the honest answer is that rebuilding costs less than repairing, and I will tell you if that is the case. Either way it starts with an audit of what is there and what Google currently sees.
What does the free audit actually get me?
A short video of me walking through your site and your Google listing: what works, what is broken, and what fixing it would cost, whether you hire me or not. A person actually looks, so it is not an automated report, and there is no obligation attached.
Can the site be in Spanish as well?
Yes, and for a lot of businesses around here it should be. Both versions get written rather than machine translated, and the customer switches with one tap.
Is the $95 a month required?
No. It covers hosting, security, backups, updates and small text changes when you would rather text me than do it yourself. Cancel any month and the site and domain stay yours.
Optional after launch: $95 a month covers hosting, security, backups, updates and simple text or email changes. It is not required, you can cancel any month, and the site and domain stay yours.
What it costs
The most common order is a website plus the SEO foundation. Together that runs $3,600 to $5,600, and you hear the exact number before I start. There is no hourly billing and no contract you cannot leave. If the scope changes, we agree on the new figure before I touch anything, and most quotes go back the same day.
The usual first order · Leander, TX
Care cancels any month. The site and the domain stay yours either way.
