Short answer
Leander search, from someone who lives here
Leander is my home base, so 183 and Crystal Falls are my roads too. You've seen the same thing I have: new rooftops going up faster than the businesses that serve them. A lot of the people searching for a plumber, a cleaner or a dentist in Leander moved here in the last few years. They don't know anybody to ask yet, so they ask Google.
That's what local SEO is for. When someone in Leander searches for your service, I want your business in the map results and on the first page of websites, with enough reviews and detail that they pick up the phone. The work behind that is less mysterious than it sounds: a complete Google Business Profile, a website that says what you do in Leander, steady reviews, and the same business details everywhere you're listed.
Leander's also squeezed between bigger names. Cedar Park is right next door and Austin companies list both towns as service areas. If your site only says "Austin area" or "Central Texas," Google has nothing that ties you to Leander, and a business in Cedar Park with a Leander page can show up ahead of you in your own town.
The fix is usually plain. Name Leander on your site in the words a customer would use. Mention the parts of town you cover, whether that's Crystal Falls, Travisso, the neighborhoods off Hero Way or out toward the San Gabriel. Put the same business details on every listing. Then keep the profile active so it looks like someone's home.
The numbers
What the Leander map looked like
In my September 30, 2026 audit I searched "plumber Leander." The three businesses in the map pack averaged 545 Google reviews. Two had a dedicated service page on their website. The third had no website listed on its profile at all, and it was still in the top three. That's how much weight Google puts on the profile itself.
So if you're in Leander and you don't have time for a big website project, the profile is where I'd start. A complete one, with the right category, your real services, photos from actual jobs and a steady trickle of reviews, does a lot of the work.
The website still pays for itself. Juniors Materials, a site I built for a materials and site work business, got 10+ phone leads in the first two weeks after launch, tracked in CallRail. That's one client and one launch, so I don't treat it as a promise. It's a good example of what happens when a clear site and a working profile point at the same phone number.
On the SEO side, Semrush estimates about 110 searches a month for "leander texas seo company," 70 for "leander seo company" and 70 for "affordable seo services in leander," all with difficulty scores near zero. Small numbers, but they're people looking for exactly this.

The work
What I do for Leander businesses
-
Profile first
I go through every field in your Google Business Profile, fix the categories and services, and add Leander to your service area if it isn't there.
-
A Leander page
If you serve more than one town, you get a page about the work you do in Leander, so Google and your customers both see it.
-
Reviews
A simple ask you can text after each job, and help writing replies. More reviews from Leander customers is one of the clearest signals you can send.
-
Local listings
BBB, Yelp, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect and the Leander Chamber directory, all with matching details.
-
Tracking
Call and form tracking so you know which inquiries came from search. Then the monthly note is about calls, not charts.
-
Checking AI answers
I ask ChatGPT and Google's AI the questions your customers ask, and I save what they say about Leander businesses like yours.

Cost
What Leander SEO costs
The video audit is free and there's no obligation. If you want help after that, a one time SEO foundation starts at $1,200 and covers the groundwork: profile cleanup, the pages you need and the technical fixes.
Monthly work is one of three plans. Line Post is $750 a month and keeps your profile, reviews and technical checks moving. Brace Post is $1,100 and adds page planning, new content and AI answer checks. Corner Post is $1,800 and adds more content, directory and local link work, and a quarterly call. All three cancel any month.
Need a website too? My Leander web design page explains the Foundation site, $2,400 to $4,400 flat, and the website cost guide breaks the numbers down.
FAQ
Questions people ask me
Are you actually in Leander?
Yes. Corner Post Web is based in Leander, Texas. I'm one person, I answer my own phone, and I'll meet you in person for the first conversation.
How much does local SEO cost in Leander?
The audit is free. A one time foundation starts at $1,200, and monthly plans are $750, $1,100 or $1,800. Everything is priced in writing before I start.
Can I show up in Cedar Park and Liberty Hill too?
Yes. Most Leander businesses work in more than one town. I'd add each town to your profile's service area and write a page for the ones that matter most to you, starting with the one that brings the most work.
Do I need a website to rank on Google Maps?
Not always. In my plumber Leander check, one of the top three had no website listed. A website still helps people decide to call, and it gives Google more to go on, so I'd recommend one when you're ready.
How long does it take?
Profile fixes can show up within weeks. Pages and reviews usually take a few months to build up. After the audit I'll tell you what I expect for your trade.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. I won't promise a position. I'll show you what I did each month and the call and form records, so you can decide if it's worth it.
Get a number
Tell me what your Leander business does and where your customers are. I'll check the map, your website and your profile and send you a short video of what I see. If we're both in town, I'm happy to meet at your place.
Prefer to talk? Tap Call at the top of any page and you get me, not a call center. Either way you're talking to the person who does the work.
