Short answer

A Leander website, start to finish

If you run a business in Leander and you need a website, here's how it works with me. We sit down for about 45 minutes, at your shop or wherever you work. I write the pages from what you tell me, build the site by hand, and put it on a real link you can open on your phone. You get two rounds of changes. Then it goes live on your domain, usually about three weeks after we first talk, for a flat $2,400 to $4,400.

I live here, so I'm not guessing about the town. Leander has grown fast, and a lot of the people looking for a plumber, a groomer, a tutor or a contractor moved in recently and don't have a neighbor to ask yet. They search on a phone, look at two or three sites, and call whoever makes it easiest to understand what they do and how to reach them.

So that's what I build for. A clear first screen that says what you do and that you work in Leander. Your services in your words. Real photos of your work. A phone number you can tap from anywhere on the site, and a short form for people who'd rather type.

The Foundation site

What you get for the flat price

One number, agreed in writing before I start. If you need more than five pages, Growth runs $6,000 to $10,000 for six to fifteen.

  1. Up to five pages

Most Leander businesses need a home page, a services page, an about page, a page for your work and a contact page. If yours is different, we plan it around how you actually sell.

  2. Words written for you

You don't have to write anything. I take notes during our conversation and turn them into pages that sound like you talking to a customer.

  3. Built for phones first

I lay out the phone version before the desktop one, because that's where most local calls start. The code is hand written, with no page builder slowing it down.

  4. Google Business Profile help

I help you set up the profile and work through Google's verification with you, so the map listing and the site point to the same business.

  5. Calls and quote requests

Click to call on every screen and a contact form that sends to your email. If you quote jobs, the form can ask the questions you'd ask on the phone.

  6. Yours from day one

The domain, the files, the hosting account and the Google profile are in your name. If we part ways, nothing breaks.

A site that rang the phone

Every example I show is live. Open it on your phone the way a customer would.

Juniors Materials hauls road base, builds private roads and handles drainage work out of Hutto. The site splits homeowners from contractors on the first screen, and a material calculator passes the customer's numbers straight into the quote request.

In the first two weeks after launch, the site brought in 10+ phone leads, tracked in CallRail. That's one business and one launch, so I don't promise the same for everyone. It shows what a clear site does when people are already searching for the work.

Three weeks

How the build goes

  1. 01

    We talk

Forty five minutes, in person in Leander or on the phone. You tell me what you do, who calls you and what they ask.

  2. 02

    I write

I turn the conversation into page copy and a layout, and you see it on a real link, not a mockup.

  3. 03

    You check

Two rounds of changes are included. Most people make a few small edits and a photo swap.

  4. 04

    We launch

It goes live on your domain, connected to Google, with a 15 minute video showing how to update hours and prices.

Before we talk

What helps to have ready

You don't need much. A few things make the first conversation faster and the site better:

  • Your list of services, roughly in the order you'd like more of them.
  • The towns you work in. Leander for sure, and probably Cedar Park, Liberty Hill or Georgetown too.
  • Photos of real work, even phone pictures. I'll pick the best ones and size them so they load fast.
  • Your logo if you have one. If you don't, the site can start with a clean wordmark.
  • Login info for your domain, or I can help you buy one in your name.

If your customers speak Spanish, I can build a Spanish version too. We'd scope that in the quote.

After launch you can take it from there, or pay $95 a month for care: hosting, security, backups, updates and simple text or email changes. You can cancel care any month and the site stays yours.

Websites and getting found

A website by itself doesn't put you on the map. Your Google Business Profile does a lot of that work, and the site backs it up with detail Google and your customers can read. When I checked the map for "plumber Leander" in September 2026, one of the top three businesses had no website listed at all. The profile was carrying it.

That's why the Foundation site includes help with your profile, and why I'll tell you if the profile is the bigger problem. If you want ongoing help showing up in search after launch, my local SEO in Leander page covers the plans, starting at $750 a month.

FAQ

Questions people ask me

How much does a website cost in Leander?

My Foundation website is a flat $2,400 to $4,400 for up to five pages. Growth sites with six to fifteen pages run $6,000 to $10,000, and a redesign that carries over your old content starts at $9,000. You get the number in writing before I start.

How long does it take?

Most Foundation sites go live in about three weeks from our first conversation.

Do I have to write the content?

No. I write it from our 45 minute conversation, and you review it on a real link before anything goes live.

Will I own my website?

Yes. The domain, files, hosting account and Google profile are in your name from day one.

Can we meet in person?

Yes. I'm based in Leander, and for the first conversation I'll come to you.

Do you do SEO too?

Yes. The Foundation site is built with the basics in place, and I offer local SEO separately, from a $1,200 foundation or $750 a month.

Get a number

Tell me what your Leander business does. I'll send back a price, usually the same day. If what you actually need is your Google listing fixed instead of a new site, I'll say so, and that conversation is free.

Prefer to talk? Tap Call at the top of any page and you get me, not a call center. Either way you're talking to the person who does the work.
