Example buildout · Tire & wheel

Sidewall reader
with live inventory

An example buildout for tire and wheel shops: a guided reader walks the customer through the numbers on their own sidewall, then checks that size against what's actually on the racks.

The buildout

What it does,
and what it changes

The problem

Every tire counter answers the same call all day: do y'all have my size. Half the callers don't know where the size is printed, so the call turns into a guided tour of a sidewall, and the counter stops selling while it happens.

The flow

The customer taps through it instead. Tire or rim, used or new, then the size: typed into three boxes the way it reads on the sidewall, or read by the camera. Tread depth, brand, model, price and quantity follow, and the tool shows what's in stock as they go.

What changes

Calls start with "you have my size in stock" instead of "are y'all open." The demo runs the whole intake in about ninety seconds.

This one is a working buildout of LiveRack, a tool I'm building for tire and wheel shops. If you run a shop and want it on your racks, that's exactly the conversation I want to have.

See it run

The 90 second demo

Tap the card, watch the whole intake, and click anywhere outside the player to close it.

The recording below is the real interface: manual entry of a 235/65R17, tread depth, brand, price, quantity, and the running in-stock count at the top.

Nothing here needs a tablet kiosk or a new POS. It's a page on the shop's own website, built to fit how the counter already works.

Let's build

Tell me what your counter answers all day. If it's the same five questions, a tool like this one can answer them for you, priced flat after a discovery call.

Prefer to talk? Tap Call at the top of any page and you get me, not a call center. Either way you're talking to the person who does the work.
