Case study · Land clearing
Clearline Land Services
Clearline clears land east of I-35: forestry mulching, brush and mesquite, fence lines, pond grading. The site had to carry a fresh rebrand across thirty pages and turn a photo of a tract into a quote request.
- Land clearing
- Elgin, TX · five counties
- Thirty pages
- Photo first quotes
The build
What got built,
and why
The job
The crew was trading its old name for Clearline Land Services, so every page, every listing line and every form had to carry the new brand without losing the footing the old one had earned around Manor and Elgin.
The business quotes by the day from photos of the tract. That made the website's main job simple to state: get the photos in.
The site
Thirty hand written pages, no page builder, in the crew's own navy and amber.
- A page for each kind of job: forestry mulching, brush and mesquite grubbing, overgrown fence lines, ponds grown over, rock milling.
- A page for each town they work across Travis, Bastrop, Lee, Williamson and Fayette counties, with the Elgin home base written the same way everywhere.
- A work gallery of real jobs, photos and video, with a scroll through lightbox. Click to call on every page.
The photo first quote
The quote form asks for tract photos, not a paragraph. A landowner snaps the brush line on a phone, sends it, and the crew answers with a day rate ballpark. That is how the crew already priced work; the form makes it the front door.
Built for search
Every service and every town has its own page with its own structure. The questions people actually type, a fence line swallowed by brush, a pond grown over, whether rock can be milled, carry FAQ markup so search engines can read the answers directly. The business name, address and phone read identically on every page.

Check my work
The site is live. Open it on your phone and try the photo form yourself.
Open the live site, tap Send tract photos, and count how few fields stand between a landowner and a ballpark. Then open the work gallery and scroll through the jobs.
If your business quotes from photos or a site visit, this is the shape I'd build for you: the form doing the intake, the phone number one tap away for people who would rather talk.

Tell me what you do. I'll send back a price. If your business quotes from photos or a site visit, ask about a form built the way this one is.
Prefer to talk? Tap Call at the top of any page and you get me, not a call center. Either way you're talking to the person who does the work.
