HVAC websitedesign

When the AC
quits in July.

I build HVAC websites for $3,800 flat: up to five pages that split emergency repair from planned installs, name the towns you serve, and put your phone number one tap away on every screen. Most launch in about three weeks, and you own everything.

Short answer

Two customers, one website

An HVAC company gets two very different visitors. One has no air conditioning in a Texas July and wants a truck today. The other is pricing a new system and has a week to decide. If your website treats them the same, you lose one of them.

So I build HVAC sites around that split. The first screen gives the emergency caller what they need: your phone number, the towns you cover and whether you do same day service. A separate path walks the planner through installs, replacements and maintenance plans with enough detail to trust you before they call.

Everything is written from a 45 minute conversation with you, coded by hand so it loads fast on a phone, and priced flat before I start.

What HVAC sites get

One number in writing. Six to fifteen pages is a Growth site at $6,000 to $10,000.

  1. Repair page

No cool, no heat, strange noises, frozen coils. Written the way customers describe the problem, with your number at the top.

  2. Install page

System replacement and new installs, the brands you carry if you want them listed, and what a quote visit looks like.

  3. Maintenance plans

If you sell tune up plans, they get their own section so people can sign up without calling.

  4. Service area

The towns you run calls in, by name. A town that brings most of your work can get its own page.

  5. Quote and call

Tap to call on every screen, and a form that asks system age, the problem and the best time to come out.

  6. Google profile help

Setup and verification help, so your map listing points at the same business as the site.

What I found

The Georgetown AC repair map

On September 30, 2026 I checked the map for "AC repair Georgetown." The three companies in the map pack averaged 602 Google reviews, the highest of any search in my audit, and all three had a page built for that service.

That's what an established HVAC market looks like. It's a long game on reviews, and a quick one on the website. A clear repair page, a clear install page and a page for the town you're strongest in are things I can build in three weeks.

Semrush estimates about 1,600 US searches a month for "hvac website design." That's a lot of HVAC owners looking for a better site. Mine is a one time flat price, with optional care at $95 a month, so there's no long contract attached to the website itself.

The process

How we get there

  1. 01

    Ride along

Forty five minutes at your shop or in the truck. What calls come in, what you want more of.

  2. 02

    Draft

I write and lay out the pages and send you a live link in week two.

  3. 03

    Revise

Two rounds of changes are included before anything goes public.

  4. 04

    Go live

On your domain, connected to Google, with a short video on making edits.

Next

Search and the slow season

Summer and winter take care of demand. The shoulder seasons are when a clear site and an active Google profile earn their keep, because that's when people plan replacements and shop around.

If you want help with rankings, I do local SEO separately. It starts with a free video audit, then a one time foundation from $1,200 or a monthly plan from $750. The research behind it is on my local SEO for contractors page, and every trade I build for is on the websites for contractors page.

Most of my clients are in Central Texas, from Leander and Cedar Park to Round Rock and Georgetown, but I can build for an HVAC company anywhere over the phone.

FAQ

Questions people ask me

How much does an HVAC website cost?

$3,800 flat for a Foundation contractor site with up to five pages. Larger Growth sites are $6,000 to $10,000.

Can customers book service online?

If you already use a scheduling tool, I can put it on the page. If not, a short form and tap to call cover most of it.

Should repair and install be on separate pages?

Usually, yes. The customers, the urgency and the questions are different, and a separate page lets each one get straight to the point.

How fast will the site load?

Fast. I write the code by hand without a page builder and size every image for phones.

Do you do HVAC SEO?

Yes, as a separate service with plans from $750 a month. The first audit is free.

Who owns the site?

You do, from day one: domain, files, hosting and the Google profile.

Get a number

Tell me what your heating and air company does and where you run calls. I'll send back a price, usually the same day.

Prefer to talk? Tap Call at the top of any page and you get me, not a call center. Either way you're talking to the person who does the work.
