The flat price

## What $3,800 actually buys

One number, agreed in writing before work starts. Need more than five pages? Growth runs $6,000 to $10,000 for six to fifteen, and a redesign that carries your old content over starts at $9,000. Care after launch is $95 a month.

1. Up to five pages, written for you The words come out of a 45 minute conversation about how you actually work, not out of a template with your town pasted in. 01
2. Mobile first and fast Most of your customers arrive on a phone, so I build the phone layout first. Hand written code, no page builder, nothing heavy to load. 02
3. Google Business Profile I help set up your Google Business Profile and work through Google's verification process with you. Google chooses the verification method and reviews the information you provide. 03
4. Contact form and click to call On every screen. Nobody should have to hunt for your phone number. 04
5. Everything in your name The domain, the files, the hosting account and the Google listing are yours from day one. If we part ways it all stays with you and keeps working. 05
6. A quote form that asks the right questions Job type, rough size, timeline. You stop trading six texts just to find out it's a bathroom remodel. 06

Short answer

## What a contractor site is for

General contractors, remodelers, roofers, concrete, fencing: the pattern holds. Your customer is comparing three tabs on a phone, and the one with real job photos and a straight answer about service area gets the call. Every page I build is written for that moment, in your words.

A contractor website has three jobs. Show the work, so people can see you've done jobs like theirs. Say where you work, so they know you'll come out. And make it easy to ask for a quote, without a back and forth just to find out what the job is. Everything else is decoration.

That's why the $3,800 Foundation contractor site includes a quote form that asks the questions you'd ask on the phone. It's also why I push for real photos. A phone picture of a finished deck beats a stock photo of a smiling family every time.

Proof

## A contractor site that rang the phone

Every example I show is live. Open it on your phone, the way your customers would.

[Materials and site work · Case study Juniors Materials Roads, drainage and material deliveries out of Hutto, with a calculator that carries the material estimate into the quote request. 10+ phone leads in two weeks Source: CallRail](https://cornerpostweb.com/work/juniors-materials/)

Juniors Materials handles private roads, drainage, bulk materials and hauling out of Hutto. The homepage splits homeowner projects from contractor deliveries, and a material calculator passes the customer's numbers straight into the quote request.

The site brought in 10+ phone leads in the first two weeks after launch, tracked in CallRail. One client, one launch, so it's an example rather than a promise.

By trade

## Pages for your trade

The basics are the same for every trade, but the details aren't. A roofer needs a storm and insurance path. An HVAC company needs to split emergency repair from planned installs. An electrician should show a license number. A remodeler sells with before and after photos. I wrote a page for each:

- [Roofing website design](https://cornerpostweb.com/roofing-website-design/): service area pages, job photos and a quote form that asks about storm and insurance work.
- [HVAC website design](https://cornerpostweb.com/hvac-website-design/): repair and install on separate paths, with tap to call on every screen.
- [Websites for electricians](https://cornerpostweb.com/websites-for-electricians/): your TDLR license up front and the work you want more of named clearly.
- [Marketing for remodelers](https://cornerpostweb.com/remodeler-marketing/): project galleries plus local SEO to get on the map.

Plumbing, landscaping, land clearing, concrete, fencing and site work all follow the same pattern. If yours isn't listed, call me and we'll plan it the same way.

What I found

## 52 contractor sites, checked

In September 2026 I checked 52 contractor websites and franchise location pages across roofing, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing and land clearing in Leander, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Georgetown and Hutto.

The franchises got the basics right every time: business details marked up for search engines and a page for each service and town. The independents didn't. Only 66% had the business markup and 63% had service and town pages. Those are fixable gaps, and they're built into every site I make.

The full study, including the map results, review counts and AI answers I recorded, is on my [local SEO for contractors](https://cornerpostweb.com/local-seo-for-contractors/) page.

How it goes

3. 03 Make changes Two rounds included. Usually some wording and a few photo swaps.
4. 04 Hand over Live on your domain in about three weeks, with a short video on updating it.

FAQ

## Questions people ask me

My Foundation contractor website is $3,800 flat for up to five pages, including a quote form built for your trade. Growth sites with six to fifteen pages are $6,000 to $10,000.

**What should be on a contractor website?**

Real photos of finished work, the services you want more of, the towns you serve, your phone number on every screen and a quote form that asks job type, rough size and timeline.

**How long does it take?**

About three weeks from our first conversation to launch.

**Do I need a page for each town?**

For the towns that bring you real work, it helps. In my audit, every franchise location had one and only 63% of independents did.

**Can you help me show up on Google Maps?**

Every site includes help with your Google Business Profile. Ongoing local SEO is a separate service that starts with a free video audit.

Yes. The domain, files, hosting and Google profile are in your name from day one.

## Get a number

Tell me your trade and your service area. I'll send back a price, usually the same day. Bring photos of finished jobs when we talk; they matter more than anything else on the page.

Prefer to talk? Tap Call at the top of any page and you get me, not a call center. Either way you're talking to the person who does the work.
