# Roofing website design

I design and build roofing websites for $3,800 flat: up to five pages with your services, your service area, real job photos and a quote form that asks the questions you'd ask on the phone. Most go live in about three weeks, and you own the domain, files and accounts.

Short answer

## What a roofing website needs

A homeowner looking for a roofer is usually in one of two moods. Either something's leaking and they need someone now, or they're planning a replacement and comparing three or four companies. A good roofing website works for both. It puts a phone number in front of the first person and gives the second one enough to trust you: real photos, the kind of roofs you do, where you work and how the quote works.

That's not complicated, and it's where a lot of roofing sites fall short. They lead with a stock photo of shingles, a slogan about quality and a contact page with a form that only asks for a name and an email. Then you spend three phone calls finding out what the job actually is.

I build the opposite. Hand written code that loads fast on a phone, pages written from a 45 minute conversation with you, and a quote form that asks for the details you need to price the job.

What I found

## The Round Rock roofing map

On September 30, 2026 I looked at the map results for "roofing contractor Round Rock." All three roofers in the map pack had a dedicated Round Rock service page on their website, and they averaged 519 Google reviews. When I asked an AI model with web search for the best roofer in Round Rock, two of those three showed up again in its answer.

Roofing is one of the more competitive trades on the map, so the details count. A page for each town you really work in. Your reviews linked from the site. Your actual services named, not just "roofing." Across the 52 contractor sites I checked in five local towns, only 63% of the independent sites had a page for a service and a town. Every franchise did.

There are plenty of people looking for help with exactly this. Semrush estimates about 1,000 US searches a month for "roofing website design" and about 390 for "roofing web design agency."

## What's included for roofers

One flat number in writing before I start. If you need more than five pages, Growth runs $6,000 to $10,000.

1. Services, by name Replacement, repair, inspections, gutters, metal or tile: whatever you actually do gets its own spot, in plain words. 01
2. Service area The towns you cover, named on the page. If one town brings most of your work, it can get its own page. 02
3. Job photos Your finished roofs, sized to load fast. I'll help you pick the shots that sell. 03
4. A quote form that works It asks roof type, rough size, timeline and whether it's a storm or insurance job, so you call back ready. 04
5. Tap to call everywhere A leaking roof doesn't wait for a contact page. Your number is one tap from every screen. 05
6. Google profile help Setup and verification help for your Google Business Profile, so the map and site agree. 06

How it goes

## Three weeks to live

1. 01 Walk it Forty five minutes at your office or on a job. You tell me what you do and who calls.
2. 02 See it A real site on a real link in week two, with your words and your photos.
3. 03 Fix it Two rounds of changes. Usually a few word tweaks and a photo swap.
4. 04 Launch Live on your domain with a 15 minute video on updating it yourself.

After launch

## Getting found on the map

A site gives Google something to read. The map still leans heavily on your Google Business Profile and your reviews. If you want help there after launch, I do local SEO for contractors too: a free video audit first, a one time foundation from $1,200, or monthly plans from $750 to $1,800. The full research is on my [local SEO for contractors](https://cornerpostweb.com/local-seo-for-contractors/) page.

Care after launch is optional at $95 a month for hosting, security, backups, updates and small edits. Cancel any month and the site stays yours.

Most of my clients are in Central Texas, around Leander, Cedar Park, Round Rock and Georgetown. I've also built for businesses as far off as Colorado, so if you're outside the area, the phone works fine. FAQ

## Questions people ask me

**How much does a roofing website cost?**

My Foundation contractor website is $3,800 flat for up to five pages. Bigger Growth sites with six to fifteen pages run $6,000 to $10,000.

**How long does it take?**

About three weeks from our first conversation.

**Can the quote form ask about insurance claims?**

Yes. The form asks whatever you need to price a job. For many roofers that's roof type, rough size, timeline and whether it's a storm or insurance job.

**Do I need a page for every town?**

Not every town. A page for each town that brings you real work is a good start. On the Round Rock roofing map I checked, all three top roofers had one.

**Will I own the site?**

Yes. The domain, files, hosting account and Google profile are in your name.

**Do you do roofing SEO?**

Yes, as a separate service. It starts with a free video audit of your site and Google profile.

## Get a number

Tell me what kind of roofing you do and where. I'll send back a price, usually the same day. Bring a few photos of finished roofs; they'll do more selling than anything I write.

Prefer to talk? Tap Call at the top of any page and you get me, not a call center. Either way you're talking to the person who does the work.
